The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.
This is a busy role supporting, working alongside the Learning & Development Manager, and supported by a Coordinator, to manage, coordinate and deliver regular and bespoke training to lawyers and business support staff across EMEA. The firm operates a hybrid working policy, 3 days in the office.
Experience working within a law firm or other professional services is required, as well as experience delivering “soft skills” training to people at all levels.
Duties:- Take responsibility for developing, reviewing, and delivering a range of programmes across the board.
- Maintain, review and deliver career development training programmes for professional staff and senior business support staff.
- Research, source, and manage external suppliers – reviewing as necessary based on feedback and success metrics.
- Review and assess programme outcomes, and modify resources as necessary.
- Work with the Graduate Development team to assist on all aspects of trainee development.
- Support the firm’s coaching and mentoring programmes.
- Support the management and development of the LMS.
- Experience delivering “soft skills” training in a professional services environment.
- Knowledge of training delivery methods and adult learning principles.
