At HR Support, we are delighted to be working alongside a market-leading boutique law firm to find them a HRIS and People Analytics specialist to manage their systems and support the HR team with creative and innovative reporting solutions. This is a standalone role, leading on the design, usage and development of all their HR technologies as part of a dynamic and inclusive HR team. This role blends HRIS management with HR Analytics and reporting, providing key support to the HR.
- Lead the management and development of the Firm’s HR technologies across a variety of platforms, assessing and rolling out new systems as and when required.
- Take responsibility for the maintenance and ongoing effectiveness of the HR systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues across HR and other key stakeholders to help improve system usability and maximize effectiveness.
- Oversee system upgrades, testing, and improvements – working in partnership with vendors and the firm’s IT team.
- Deliver analytical support across the employee lifecycle, enabling data-driven decision-making through accurate and timely insights.
- Develop and refine dashboards that highlight key trends in areas such as compensation, recruitment, learning outcomes, and ED.
