Overview
HR Coordinator role at HR Support, The Law Support Group. This is an initial FTC (6 months) to cover a period of growth and business, with potential to become permanent for the right person. The client is a mid-sized law firm in the City with an excellent reputation, offering great benefits, good work-life balance, hybrid working (3 days in the office), and an inclusive, supportive culture.
Responsibilities
- Full generalist HR responsibilities across the employee lifecycle
- Manage the HR query inbox and benefits administration
- Support HR managers and keep the HR database up to date
- Coordinate onboarding of newly joining lawyers and support staff
Requirements / Qualifications
- At least a couple of years’ HR experience
- CIPD Level 3 or higher would be great but not essential
- Available to start within the next few weeks
- Experience in a law firm, accountancy, or similar partnership environment preferred
- Familiar with HRIS such as BambooHR, CVmail, or similar; training provided
