About The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant or HR Coordinator (2‑4 years) to join a growing team at a mid‑sized law firm. The role is a full generalist HR Coordinator covering the entire employee lifecycle: payroll, HR inbox, benefits administration, recruitment support, HR database management, and learning & development support.
Responsibilities
- Run payroll and manage employee life cycles, including onboarding and off‑boarding.
- Administer benefits and maintain the HR database.
- Provide support to the recruitment team and HR managers.
- Assist with L&D initiatives.
- Maintain a smooth HR inbox and respond to employee queries.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years’ experience as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator.
- Solid experience and confidence with payroll, employee lifecycle management, and benefits administration.
- Knowledge of CIPD is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
