Focusing on the business support functions within the firm (both in the UK and internationally), you will play an active role in the strategic planning of these teams, working closely with senior stakeholders, directors, and other key personnel.

- Lead on ER cases, planning and prevention strategies.

What they are looking for is an experienced HR Manager or HRBP, ideally from another law firm or similar professional services company who wants to be part of a small, but growing team. You will need to have experience of challenging the status quo and looking at the strategic side of HR Business Partnering, not just the BAU. A strong demonstrable background leading on complex ER matters is essential.
