HR Support are delighted to be helping one of our favourite clients to find a HR Assistant to join their small, but friendly and supportive team. Based in their central London office (working hybrid, 3 days in the office after probation period) you’ll be part of a small HR team in a varied and generalist HR role learning and supporting the team on everything from recruitment and onboarding to reward and benefits, as well as ER and HR reporting – giving you an unbeatable opportunity to develop your skills and experience in HR.

The company is a well respected mid-sized law firm who are big enough to offer support, training and professional development, but small enough for you to build strong relationships with the key stakeholders in the business.

They are looking for someone with at least 6-12 months' experience as an HR Administrator or HR Assistant - ideally you will have gained your experience in a law firm or professional services environment. This is very much a people-facing role so excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are essential. Having your CIPD, a degree in HR, or something similar would be highly advantageous but isn’t essential.
