HR Support are excited to be assisting an amazing professional services firm, with an outstanding reputation, to find a HRBP to join them on a 12-month maternity cover. They are a growing national business with offices in London as well as across the UK, and this role is based in their Chelmsford office with occasional travel to London. They work hybrid (2 days per week) and have parking available at their Essex location.
They are looking for someone ASAP to join them on what will initially be a 12-month contract, but could be extended and there may well be opportunities beyond that time too as the team is growing and evolving.
Supporting the business support teams across multiple locations, you will play an active role in the strategic planning of these teams, working closely with the senior stakeholders, directors and other key personnel.
- Take ownership and lead on strategic projects and initiatives across the business unit.
- Lead on ER cases, planning and prevention strategies. Actively review and revise their ER policies and procedures.
- Advise stakeholders on everything from resourcing strategies and plans, to internal succession planning.
- Be a subject matter expert for HR policy guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support and contribute to the development of the wider HR strategy.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to help drive collaboration and improvements.
- Examine, evaluate and utilise data insights to identify human capital priorities and address potential future needs.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to line managers so that they have the appropriate skills toolkit to manage their reports.
- Work with the Reward team to complete the annual salary review process.
What they are looking for is an experienced HRBP, ideally from accountancy, consultancy, law or similar professional services/commercially focused company who is immediately available.
