South of the UK , on behalf of our client Norville 20/20 Ltd, that specialise in spectacle lens supply.

Location
- This role is based in the south of the country.
- We’re flexible on your home location as you will have to travel to with your role.
Your experience
- At least 3 years Sales experience, preferably in the field.
- Dispensing Optician or experienced in the Optical Sector.
- Supportive and respected in optical sales.
Responsibilities
- Create and sustain a positive a team environment displaying high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.
- Cold call physically and arranged fixed calls in line with agreed targets at various times. Dependant on business needs.
- Attend prospective client meetings, offering expert advice and guidance on products.
- Engage with existing and prospective customers . Have a consultative approach and understand business needs of customer.
- Proactively follow up business opportunities and offer business solutions.
- Manage sales process from initial enquiry through to order.
- Identify business opportunities for customer.
- Be seen and valued as a business resource to customer.
- Create and maintain strong, professional relationships with current customers.
- Grow Regional sales and grow company reputation and image.
- Communicate opportunities and current conditions in the field.
- Be part of the Team and add to the culture.
- Attend regular meetings virtually and in person and have full accountability for area sales.
- Attend trade shows and optical events and be a respected ambassador for Norville 20/20.
