Hybrid – Home-based & Cheltenham

The Role
As the Group Account Director, you\’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of key B2B clients while driving new business growth. You\’ll act as a strategic partner, building strong, consultative relationships, developing high-impact marketing strategies, and ensuring the seamless delivery of campaigns that exceed expectations.
This is a highly commercial and hands-on role for someone who loves combining strategy with action, a natural relationship builder who thrives on achieving targets and seeing tangible results.
What You\’ll Do
- Lead, manage, and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
