We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager for our manufacturing client.
Role Purpose: The Quality Manager will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of our quality certification, managing the Quality Management System and ensuring that processes and manufactured products fully comply with, and exceed, demanding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Continually evolve best working practices and procedures to deliver ISO9001 excellence and certification
- Overall responsibility for the Quality and Procedure Manuals
- Co-ordinate and support all QA and QC activities within the company
- Manage all customer quality improvement initiatives
- Lead supplier quality assessments and improvement initiatives
- Responsible for production test & inspection activities and resources
- Champion root cause analysis and preventative actions

- Experience in a similar Quality position within manufacturing environments
- Being respectful and courteous to customers and colleagues
- High levels of communication and interpersonal skills
- A good standard of written and spoken English and Maths
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Efficient, effective and with demonstrable attention to detail
- Open and honest attitude
- Ability to delegate, motivate, train, and inspire others
- Demonstrate a passion and commitment to service excellence
