We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing work whilst providing technical legal guidance, support, and supervision across our transactional teams. They will ensure the advice we provide is compliant with trade body standards and SRA regulations.

- Strong knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing including:

- Dealing with unregistered properties.
- The impact of restrictions and cautions lodged against a property and how these might be removed.
