This role sits at the heart of the business — balancing relationship management, strategic thinking, commercial ownership and delivery excellence to ensure clients receive exceptional service and results.

The Opportunity

As Client Services Director, you’ll lead key client partnerships, strengthen commercial performance and elevate service standards across the agency. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally, identifying opportunities for growth, spotting white space opportunities and helping teams deliver work that truly cuts through. You’ll be equally comfortable leading strategic conversations, influencing senior decision-makers, supporting high-performing teams and bringing creative, commercially smart ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership & Relationship Management
    • Lead and nurture senior client relationships across key accounts
    • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering proactive, strategic solutions
    • Manage complex conversations with confidence and commercial awareness
    • Ensure consistently exceptional standards of client service and delivery
  • Commercial Growth & Account Development
    • Drive account growth through upselling and opportunity spotting
    • Lead proposals, pitches and commercial recommendations
    • Shape scopes, retainers and growth plans across accounts
    • Monitor account performance, profitability and forecasting
  • Strategic & Creative Leadership
    • Partner with creative, strategy and delivery teams to shape impactful work
    • Bring cultural insight and commercial thinking into client conversations
    • Champion integrated campaigns across social, PR, creators, partnerships and experiential
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing client services team
    • Support Account Directors to grow confidence, accountability and commercial thinking
    • Foster a collaborative, ambitious and high-performance culture

What We’re Looking For

You’ll likely have:

  • 10+ years’ experience in a client-facing role within a creative, social, communications, culture or brand agency
  • A proven track record of growing high-value client relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Strong commercial acumen, including scopes, budgets, forecasting and profitability
  • Experience leading proposals, pitches and strategic client conversations
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • A proactive, commercially minded and solutions-focused approach
  • Travel will be required for this role so a licence and vehicle is essential
