Account Director – Integrated Campaigns Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + Benefits Location: London Hybrid Working (3 Days Office-Based) Contract: Full-Time Are you an experienced Account Director who thrives at the intersection of culture, creativity, communications and brand storytelling? Our client is an award-winning independent communications and marketing agency renowned for creating culturally relevant campaigns that drive conversation, engagement and commercial impact. As they continue to grow, they are looking for an ambitious Account Director to lead a portfolio of high-profile brands across hospitality, technology, entertainment and lifestyle sectors. This is far more than a traditional client services role. You’ll lead integrated campaigns spanning communications, social, influencer marketing, partnerships, content and experiential activations, ensuring clients receive strategic thinking, creative excellence and flawless execution. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll be responsible for developing client relationships, leading multidisciplinary teams, driving account growth and delivering commercially successful campaigns that make a genuine impact. Lead strategic conversations and integrated campaign planning. Build and nurture long-term client relationships. Identify opportunities for innovation, growth and added value. Ensure consistently exceptional client service and delivery. Integrated Campaign Management Collaborate with strategy, creative, social and specialist teams. Oversee projects from briefing through to delivery. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Support professional development through coaching and guidance. Strategic Consultancy Contribute to campaign strategy, communications planning and workshop facilitation. Commercial Management Own account profitability and financial performance. Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth. Support new business pitches and proposals. Help shape integrated responses to client briefs. We’re looking for a commercially minded client leader who combines strategic thinking with exceptional relationship management skills. Significant agency experience within communications, marketing, PR or integrated agencies. Strong client relationship and stakeholder management experience. Excellent commercial awareness and budget management skills. Experience working with well-known brands and complex stakeholder environments. Experience across hospitality, lifestyle, technology, entertainment, sport or consumer brands would be highly advantageous.
