Create the work people talk about. We’re looking for a Creative Lead who can turn cultural insight, business challenges and strategic thinking into ideas that capture attention and drive results. This isn’t a traditional creative role. We’re looking for an ideas person—someone who can spot opportunities in culture, develop original concepts and bring them to life across campaigns, content, experiences, partnerships, creators and communications. If you’re naturally curious, commercially aware and obsessed with great ideas, we’d love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
As Creative Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping and elevating creative thinking across the agency. You’ll work closely with leadership, strategy, social, client services and production teams to develop work that is culturally relevant, strategically sound and impossible to ignore. You’ll lead the development of campaigns, activations, content concepts, brand experiences and new business pitches, helping create work that earns attention because it deserves it.

- Build compelling creative narratives and presentations.
- Present ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Write concept summaries, campaign rationale and creative territories.
- Bring ideas to life through clear, engaging storytelling.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Support and mentor emerging creative talent.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the business.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation and creative ambition.
- Act as a visible and supportive leader.

- Work with production partners, freelancers and internal teams to bring ideas to life.

About You
We’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds including creative, strategy, social, PR, experiential, content, creator marketing, entertainment, media or cultural consultancy. What matters most is your ability to generate brilliant ideas and shape them into impactful work. You’ll bring:
