As they continue to grow, they are looking for an ambitious Account Director to lead a portfolio of high-profile brands across hospitality, technology, entertainment and lifestyle sectors.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional client services role. You’ll lead integrated campaigns spanning communications, social, influencer marketing, partnerships, content and experiential activations, ensuring clients receive strategic thinking, creative excellence and flawless execution. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll be responsible for developing client relationships, leading multidisciplinary teams, driving account growth and delivering commercially successful campaigns that make a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
    • Lead strategic conversations and integrated campaign planning.
    • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation, growth and added value.
    • Ensure consistently exceptional client service and delivery.
  • Integrated Campaign Management
    • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
    • Collaborate with strategy, creative, social and specialist teams.
    • Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant, audience-led and commercially effective.
    • Oversee projects from briefing through to delivery.
  • Team Leadership
    • Manage and mentor a growing team.
    • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
    • Support professional development through coaching and guidance.
    • Encourage creativity, curiosity and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Consultancy
    • Challenge briefs and uncover opportunities clients may not yet recognise.
    • Contribute to campaign strategy, communications planning and workshop facilitation.
    • Translate audience insight and cultural understanding into actionable recommendations.
  • Commercial Management
    • Own account profitability and financial performance.
    • Manage budgets, forecasting, resource allocation and scopes of work.
    • Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
  • Business Development
    • Support new business pitches and proposals.
    • Help shape integrated responses to client briefs.
    • Contribute to agency marketing, thought leadership and industry presence.

About You

We’re looking for a commercially minded client leader who combines strategic thinking with exceptional relationship management skills. You’ll bring:

  • Significant agency experience within communications, marketing, PR or integrated agencies.
  • A proven track record leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and budget management skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and influencing abilities.
  • A strong understanding of culture, social media, communications and consumer behaviour.
  • Experience working with well-known brands and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience across hospitality, lifestyle, technology, entertainment, sport or consumer brands would be highly advantageous.
