Exciting times lie ahead for our global client as they plan their expansion with a new manufacturing site. This is also a new HR Advisor role which would suit a HR generalist who would be assigned to support a HRBP within their own business area. If you enjoy working within a supportive HR team where you will immerse yourself in the business and make a genuine contribution to this growing organisation, then this is the HR role for you.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be:

  • First point of contact for managers and employees queries in your designated areas
  • Support the in-house recruiter with recruitment admin for your business area compiling offers and contracts
  • Attend interviews when required
  • Data input of starters, leavers, changes, overtime
  • Advise and support management on employee relations, performance, capability, absence management, conduct and restructures
  • Guide and support on disciplinaries and grievances, attend hearings to ensure appropriate procedures are followed
  • Support Managers on sickness absence
  • Advise on capability, performance and ill health
  • Review and update policies in line with changes to employment legislation
  • As super user of HR systems (Workday) and the T&A system, provide technical support and continuous improvement
  • Maintain HR data reporting and provide HR metrics and analytics
  • Provide general HR admin support

  • CIPD qualification/working towards qualification
