The role:
Are you a driven and commercially minded sales professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic Commercial Team as Commercial Sales. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting the company’s strategic objectives, building strong client relationships and contributing to achieving the annual sales budget.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Actively promote the company’s products and services to secure new business and maintain existing accounts.
- Deliver tailored sales solutions using a consultative, relationship-focused approach.
- Liaise with architects, designers, local authorities, and specifiers to provide technical and commercial support.
- Manage pricing enquiries, ensuring quotations are competitively priced while maintaining profitability.
- Interpret technical drawings and customer specifications to produce accurate sales orders for production planning.
- Oversee the full order lifecycle, from initial customer enquiry through to delivery and aftersales service.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintain market awareness and continuously develop product knowledge to identify new opportunities.
- Address customer issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer queries, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Additional Information:
- Must hold a full and clean UK driving license.
- Flexibility required for occasional overnight travel.
- This is a full-time permanent role, normal working hours are Mondays to Thursdays 9am to 5:30pm and Fridays 9am to 5pm with an unpaid hour for lunch each day.
