The predicted salary is between 32000 - 35000 £ per year.
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (£20,000 - £21,875 pro rata) depending on experience, plus benefits.
Part Time: 25 hours per week (ideally Monday to Friday 12:30 - 5:30pm but other part time hours can be discussed).
Fixed term: 6 months.
Home and/or office based with some flexibility required to attend the Head Office in Kettering, Northants from time to time.
HR Solutions, part of the WorkNest family, are seeking an HR Advisor to join our Client Services Team in delivering first class HR support to a range of clients on a wide range of employment issues and HR projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing HR Consultancy.
We use technology to help us deliver an efficient and consistent service using CRM and in-house Knowledge Base.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing a first-class service of professional telephone and email advice to HR Solutions clients on all aspects of employee relations including Disciplinary, Grievance, Absence Management, Restructure, Redundancy and TUPE.
- Providing support to HR Consultants' direct clients when they are unavailable.
- Ensuring that clients' HR documentation, including offer letters and written statements, are drafted and up to date with current legislation.
- Helping draft, update and finalise Employee Handbooks and policies as required.
Requirements:
- Practical HR experience at an Advisor level or above.
- Experience of providing business-focused HR advice to managers at all levels.
- The ability to understand commercial information.
- Educated to degree level (or suitable experience), ideally in HR Management.
- Generalist HR knowledge.
- The ability to write clear and concise English to a high standard.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, web-based applications and HRIS.
- A professional and flexible attitude.
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing and experience of dealing with people at all levels.
