The role:

Our client is seeking a polished, friendly, and highly organised Front of House team member to be the face of their clinic. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring every guest receives a five-star experience from arrival to departure. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for beauty, aesthetics, and customer service.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage appointment check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle client enquiries in person, via phone and email
  • Manage the clinic booking system and appointment schedules
  • Process payments, deposits, and refunds accurately
  • Support practitioners with daily schedules and room availability
  • Promote treatments, skincare products, and membership packages
  • Upsell and cross-sell services where appropriate
  • Handle client feedback and resolve minor concerns professionally
  • Ensure the reception area is immaculate at all times
  • Assist with stock monitoring and ordering
  • Support opening and closing procedures
  • Adhere to clinic policies, health & safety, and confidentiality standards

Person specification:

Essential

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates a professional manner in all interactions
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Confidence using booking systems, email, and basic computer software

Desirable

  • Previous experience in beauty, aesthetic, medical, or luxury hospitality environment
  • Sales or retail experience
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare (training provided)
