Overview
Based at our R&D facility in Rotherwas, we are seeking a Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer to join the design team working on a range of state-of-the-art search and rescue products for the aviation industry. This role is with HR Smith Group of Companies, a global market leader with over five decades of experience in designing and manufacturing aerospace search and rescue equipment.
Responsibilities
- Design of electronic schematics for analogue and digital systems
- Design of wiring interconnects
- Support of software engineers during design and development
- Production of hardware specification documentation
- Support for existing products
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience developing analogue/digital hardware
- Knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded systems
- Use of laboratory equipment
- Design for Manufacture; Design for Test
