HR Business Partner – Part Time (30 hrs per week) Per annum: £45,000 pro rata (based on hours). Permanent role reporting directly to the CEO. The company is an established, profitable business. Working Hours Option 1: Core site hours Monday–Friday 9:30 am–2:30 pm with 1 hr per day working from home. Option 2: Site hours Tuesday–Thursday 8:30 am–5:00 pm with a half‑day working from home on Monday and Friday.
