The Role We are currently recruiting for a HR Consultant (12 month maternity cover) on a full-time substantive basis of 35 hours per week to join our team of HR professionals based at our new modern office pavilion suite in the Scottish Enterprise Technology Park. As a key member of the HR team, the postholder will be required to provide HR and employment law generalist advice to our varied and diverse client base across Scotland and the UK and will operate a model of both field-based and office-based support. The applicant must also be able to manage and prioritise their own ER caseload covering all aspects of the HR employment life cycle from onboarding to offboarding and must be highly proficient in up-to-date employment law.
