Role: Customer Service Team Leader - £34,500.00 + Bonus + Benefits

Our client is a leader in their field. Due to continued growth in the UK, they are now looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to provide the very best possible customer service experience for their business clients. There are no sales targets and the role requires you to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise proactively with customers to rapidly resolve reported issues & requests.
  • Manage sales and delivery requests.
  • Prepare and issue weekly customer service “dashboard” reports so that the business can have clear insight into customer service performance against set objectives.
  • Provide support and assistance where applicable to improve performance.
  • Work with the sales and production teams to ensure that any product quality/performance requirements are met.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail to enable the set processes to be followed as per the given procedures.
  • Although the majority of customer interactions will be via email, you will also need a positive and outgoing phone manner when a phone call is required to resolve a customer service issue.
  • A good working knowledge of Outlook, Teams and Excel spreadsheets.
