Our client is a growing business and has a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Hotel Receptionist that has excellent attention to detail and extremely high standards focusing on the best possible experience for our guests.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborates with colleagues at all levels to deliver a consistent level of quality service
- Demonstrate key drivers of guests’ satisfaction. Make balanced decisions based on what is best for the customer, right for the business and supportive to all staff
- Recommend ideas for improvements in the customer experience and, as possible, revenue-enhancing
- Perform any other task as required by the Hotel Manager
Skills and Experience
- Must have previous experience in a similar role
- Must be able to work on their own initiative
- Must have excellent communication skills adaptable to a wide range of audiences
- Must be proficient in IT/Microsoft Office
