Our client is a growing business and has a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Hotel Manager that has excellent attention to detail and extremely high standards focusing on the best possible experience for our guests.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with colleagues at all levels to deliver a consistent level of quality service
  • Nightly provision of formatted occupancy and financial reports
  • Conduct regular audits and physical inspections of all areas of the hotel in order to evaluate the condition relative to health, safety, risk management, asset preservation, customer service, and company standards
  • Champion the brand philosophy and ensure alignment with brand strategy amongst all staff
  • Demonstrate key drivers of guests’ satisfaction. Make balanced decisions based on what is best for the customer, right for the business and supportive to all staff
  • Recommend ideas for improvements in the customer experience and, as possible, revenue-enhancing
  • Perform any other task as required by the Hotel Manager

Skills and Experience

  • Must have two years’ experience in a similar role or a transferable skill set
  • Must have previous people management experience
  • Must be able to work on their own initiative
  • Must have excellent communication skills adaptable to a wide range of audiences
  • Must be proficient in IT/Microsoft Office
