Our client is a leader in their field and are now seeking a highly visual, hands-on Marketing Executive to own their brand's output, creating engaging content, managing channels, coordinating campaigns, and helping generate leads. You won’t be sitting at a desk all day; you’ll be putting on a high-vis jacket, getting out into the yard or visiting customers, and making their specialist fleet look incredible. You will take strategic briefs from their Marketing Manager and bring them to life!

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Video & Photo Content Creation: Filming and photographing our fleet. You'll be shooting everything from quick, snappy social media walkarounds in the yard, to polished YouTube overviews and everything in between.
  • Graphic Design: Using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to design compelling sales brochures/collateral, magazine adverts, email graphics, and social media assets.
  • Copywriting: Writing engaging social media posts and case studies, updating website copy, and assisting the Marketing Manager with SEO-friendly blog content.
  • Project/Campaign Execution: Taking ownership of the content calendar, ensuring campaigns/projects are delivered on time and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
  • Agency Management: Collaborating and working with our external PR partner to showcase business news and customer stories.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role at either an agency or in-house.
  • Organised self-starter with strong initiative.
  • Keen to achieve measurable business outcomes, such as increasing lead and sales KPI’s.
  • Data-driven and able to generate clear insights for stakeholders/business owners.
  • Skilled in using Google Analytics 4 for tracking and analysing website and campaign performance.
  • Experienced in managing social media platforms (Organic & Paid), including Facebook/META, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn.
  • Experience managing a website using a CMS (Wordpress preferred but not essential).
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality content, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to shoot/edit video, capture great photos, and design graphics.
  • Confident using the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) or equivalent tools such as Canva.
  • Previous experience in the Commercial vehicle industry, transport, industrial or construction sectors advantageous but not essential.
  • B2B Marketing Experience advantageous but not essential.
