Our client is seeking a meticulous, compliance-focused Data Analyst to join a global initiative at the intersection of pay equity, data governance, and legal compliance.
Reporting to the Reward Manager, you’ll be the custodian of reward-related data, ensuring it is accurate, compliant, and audit-ready. From regulatory reporting and pay transparency to data privacy and governance standards, this role will see you play a pivotal part in shaping fair and transparent pay practices across borders.
Responsibilities
- Managing and governing sensitive HR, payroll, and reward data.
- Ensuring compliance with pay transparency, equal pay, and privacy laws.
- Preparing high-quality regulatory reports and audit documentation.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance data processes.
- Embedding continuous improvement and process control into data management.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ data analysis experience (ideally in HR, payroll, or compliance).
- Knowledge of HRIS & payroll systems, with a compliance mindset.
- Familiarity with GDPR, pay transparency, and compensation regulations.
- Proven ability to maintain audit trails, compliance artefacts, and sensitive data integrity.
- Exposure to gender pay gap or equal pay reporting (desirable).
- Experience with cross-border payroll and compliance is advantageous.
