We’re currently seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Generalist to join our client on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support their HR function during a period of growth and transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment, working across all areas of HR to support employees and managers alike.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing advice and guidance in line with company policy
- Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management
- Support the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and processes
- Maintain accurate HR data and support HR reporting requirements
- Advise and coach Hiring Managers
- Contribute to engagement and wellbeing initiatives throughout the contract period
- Proven experience in a similar HR Generalist role
- Solid understanding of employment law and HR practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle a varied workload
- CIPD Level 3 or above (or working towards) desirable
- Available for a 12-month contract
