An international organisation is seeking an experienced Reward & Benefits professional to join its global people team on an 18-month fixed-term basis. Reporting into the Head of Global Reward, this role will partner closely with HR and senior business leaders across EMEA and the Americas, supporting compensation strategy, reward transformation initiatives, and data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capability with commercial judgement, translating complex reward data into practical recommendations that support organisational priorities and business change programmes. This opportunity suits someone who enjoys operating in a fast-moving, international environment and who is comfortable balancing strategic reward work with hands-on delivery across a complex, matrixed organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders on reward and compensation matters linked to organisational change initiatives
  • Deliver compensation analysis and reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Develop insights and recommendations using reward data, market benchmarking, and internal analytics
  • Review and enhance compensation structures, grading frameworks, and benefit programmes to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Support job evaluation, role benchmarking, and organisational design activity
  • Contribute to annual reward cycles including salary reviews, incentive programmes, and bonus processes
  • Provide guidance and advisory support on compensation policies and reward governance
  • Collaborate across international teams to ensure consistent and effective reward practices

Experience & Skills Required

  • 5+ years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits or broader Reward roles within an international environment
  • Proven experience supporting change programmes within complex or multi-layered organisations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear, commercially focused recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability across multiple levels of an organisation
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working across different cultures and adapting communication style accordingly
  • Exposure to global mobility or international assignment programmes would be advantageous
  • Experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or similarly complex sectors would be beneficial
