Our client, a rapidly expanding company based in Birmingham, is looking for an HR Generalist to join their HR team at their Head Office. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR functions across the business.

Key Duties:

  • Maintain all HR systems, ensuring data and records are accurate and up to date.
  • Report data and create Excel spreadsheets.
  • Prepare job adverts, check application forms, shortlist and sift CVs, conduct interviews, and select candidates.
  • Liaise with Hiring Managers regarding vacancies in Head Office and Stores.
  • Support and lead formal meetings, including disciplinary, grievance, and flexible working applications.
  • Organize HR documents for meetings, such as invitation and outcome letters.
  • Advise employees and Line Managers on HR-related queries.
  • Confidently chair ER-related meetings such as disciplinaries.
