About the Role
We are looking for a Registered Manager to oversee our 4-bed Learning Disabilities (LD) residential home. You will lead a dedicated team delivering person-centred care tailored to children with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operational running of the home to Ofsted outstanding standards.
- Lead a skilled team delivering structured, therapeutic and personalised support.
- Ensure safe, nurturing routines that promote independence and life skills.
- Work closely with SEN schools, health professionals and MDT networks.
- Oversee safeguarding, compliance, care planning and family engagement.
- Drive performance, quality assurance and service development.
- Manage recruitment, rotas, supervision and staff progression.
Requirements About You
- Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management.
- Experience supporting children with LD and/or complex needs.
- Strong understanding of SEN frameworks, communication strategies, and behavioural support.
- Motivational leadership style and passion for disability support.
