HR Recruit is partnering with an organisation undergoing a period of change to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a 3-6 month FTC. The role will support change consultations, working with managers and stakeholders to deliver change programmes effectively and in line with employment legislation.
The position also takes ownership of a broad range of employee relations casework, including:
- Performance management
- Absence management
- Disciplinary matters
- Grievances
