Job Description

HR Consultant Vacancy, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire Full time, 1 day in the office, 4 days WFH£40,000-£50,000HR Recruit is working with an expanding consultancy organisation to recruit an experienced HR professional to join a growing team.

The purpose of the role is to support a wide range of HR projects, working with both our long term customers and on one-off requests for HR consultancy.

Role Responsibilities Leading and delivering a broad range of HR consultancy projects, either for our long-term customers, or in response to ad hoc requests for new customers Working independently or as part of a team on projects, supporting and coaching colleagues as needed Projects may include: Completing complex employee relations cases either hearing chair, investigating manager, appeal manager, or HR support, on cases such as disciplinary, grievance, sickness, performance, SOSR, and appeals.

Leading and advising on all-scale redundancy/TUPE/other change consultation.

Policy reviews, ensuring legislative adherence, tone and language, and creating policies where there are gaps including in contemporary topics.

Creating content for and delivering high quality and engaging training, virtually and/or face to face, on a range of HR and management topics.

Creating bespoke training for customers where required.

Other HR and business related requirements as needed, including organisational design, engagement, benchmarking, reward.

Collaborating with customer stakeholders to fully scope and understand their requirements, adhering to their applicable policies and procedures, and advising the customer on options and mitigating risk.

Supporting internal teams including Operations and the Customer Success Managers with additional revenue generation and projects for long-term managed service customers, including customer launches, campaigns, troubleshooting, and HR adviceline service quality and excellence.

When a project requires, working as though on secondment to a customer, immersing into their team for the duration of the project and working at clients premises where needed.

Supporting the internal HRBP team with tasks and projects Person Specification Degree qualification in HR or a business-related subject, or CIPD Level 5 qualified, or Management or legal qualification Three or more years HR experience within a senior advisory/HR Manager or HRBP role having had significant exposure to complex ER issues.

In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, solid experience in the application of company policies and procedures.

A proven track record of managing complex and sensitive ER cases demonstrating appropriate risk management.

Experience of managing or supporting change consultation processes Flexible approach and occasional ad hoc travel to customer sites The role would suit an experienced HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.

The hours are 37.5 with the ability to work flexible hours.

Minimum of 1 day in the office, 4 days WFH.

In return you will receive a salary of between £40,000-£50,000 (depending on experience).
