HR Manager – Ashford, Kent – Permanent – Hybrid (1 day in the office each week) – £60,000-£70,000 (Circa) – You must live within 1 hour's commute to be considered for this role.
HR Recruit is seeking an experienced HR professional to take on a senior, standalone role within an expanding organisation. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a pivotal leadership position with full responsibility for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR across the business worldwide. The role is based outside Ashford, therefore access to a car is essential.
You will lead HR strategy and operations, managing both strategic and day-to-day HR activities. A key part of the role is building strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a strategic advisor to leadership, influencing decision-making and supporting the development of a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workforce.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of international HR strategies, ensuring policies and procedures align with best practice and business objectives.
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and review health and safety policies in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and other relevant legislation.
