Learning & Development Manager Vacancy Harlow, Essex £50,000-£60,000 Full time, permanent HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced L&D Manager for our client based in Harlow to lead the internal Learning and Development strategy. This involves increasing overall company performance by ensuring all staff have the right mix of qualifications, experience and skills to drive the business forward. Reporting into the Head of HR, there is accountability for 1 direct report. Role Responsibilities Work with HR and key stakeholders to set the direction of L&D activity and align the L&Dstrategy to the overall People and Company Strategies. Support HR and contribute to the development of our Culture including but not limited to developing a behavioural framework, supporting colleague engagement initiatives and continuous performance management. Identify and report on KPIs, measure effectiveness of training and amend accordingly. Carry out training needs analysis, and develop and implement a blended learning curriculum, using appropriate resources to match identified needs.
