HR Manager Vacancy, Banbury, Oxfordshire £55,000-£60,000 plus £7000 car allowance Permanent, 40 hours Office based HR Recruit is partnering with a client in the industrial sector to find an experienced HR professional to join their leadership team. This senior-level position reports directly to the Managing Director and includes responsibility for managing a small HR team. Primarily based in Banbury, the role will also require occasional travel to the companys additional site in the North West. The primary objective is to strengthen and evolve the HR function, ensuring it effectively supports the development of employees and positions the business to successfully navigate future challenges while maintaining profitability.
