HR Business Partner Vacancy Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire £50,000-£60,000 Office based role HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR professional for anHR Business Partner role based in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire.Accountability for 1 direct report you will report into the European HR Director based overseas. Our ideal candidate enjoys a fast paced vibrant environment, is data driven, detail-oriented, service-focused, curious, adaptive, and looking to create an impact. The role will be responsible for supporting employee relations, engagement, development, and recruitment in support of company values and business objectives. To be successful in the role you must be passionate about providing excellent customer service by building partnerships and being responsive to the needs of our teams and leadership. Key responsibilities include: Partner with the broader HR Team to provide strategic and tactical HR support, ensuring alignment with business and corporate direction, strategic initiatives, and human resources best practices.
