HR Advisor – Employee Relations | Remote (UK Legislation Knowledge Required)
We’re looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join our growing HR consultancy. This is a fully remote role, open worldwide, but you must have solid knowledge of UK employment law.
You’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries, manage Employee Relations (ER) cases, support client projects, and help deliver recruitment, training, and payroll services.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ HR UK experience (generalist or advisory)
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Passion for delivering excellent HR support
