YOUR MISSIONS
Due to our expanding business in the UK and Ireland, we\'re looking for a Workday Technical Consultant to help grow our team. In this role, you will use your expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and data management to provide advanced solutions to clients across various industries. You\'ll also have the chance to help develop our internal solutions and mentor colleagues.
In addition to your client-facing role, every Consultant will have the opportunity to contribute internally to the development of our Phase X and AMS/Optimisation solutions, mentoring of colleagues, and improvement of how we engage with our customers
- Demonstrate requisite Workday product expertise to readily determine customer requirements, deliver optimised solutions on time/within budget, and provide guidance and recommendations to elevate the experiences of customers who work with us.
- Provide Workday technical configuration and development expertise and guidance to a portfolio of Workday customers.
- Proactively build partnership and bring the best of Three Plus to our customers through consultative engagement.
- Be recognised as a subject-matter expert, a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues.
- Pursue opportunities to upskill and mentor other team members in your field of expertise.
- Can simultaneously work on a mixture of larger scale assignments (such as Phase X, first phase deployments) alongside ad-hoc AMS and post-deployment optimisation projects.
- Coordinate and lead internal and customer-facing meetings, deliver tasks, track / report status, address project risks and other actions as needed.
- Seek out Workday optimisation opportunities and bring insights to our customers based on use-cases, solutions and experiences we have gained across the wider Three Plus and HR Path customer base.
- Contribute to the overall goals and success of the Three Plus business by achieving key strategic KPIs – utilisation and colleague development, business expansion, and customer satisfaction.
YOUR PROFILE
- 5+ years’ experience of Workday system deployment and/or optimisation – fully proficient and certified across CCW, CCTPP, XSLT, WD Studio, Web Services REST-based APIs etc.
- Functional knowledge of various Workday product areas is welcomed – e.g. HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Financials and Payroll
- Advanced (custom) Reporting experience preferred
- Data conversion and tenant migration experience preferred
- Proven facilitation and presentation skills, ability to comfortably consult for and with customers
- Experience of working on multiple concurrent assignments
- Excellent level of English, any other language is an asset.
