Your Missions
As a Workday Payroll Consultant, you will play a key role in the implementation and maintenance of Workday Payroll for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and configure Workday Payroll to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for providing training and support to end users.
- Participate in all phases of the implementation of the Workday Payroll module
- Analyze client needs and configure Workday Payroll settings to ensure compliance with tax and labor laws
- Develop project documentation, including design documents and testing
- Facilitate and participate in workshops
- Maintain daily communication with clients and HR Path consultants
- Support the project team in the implementation and evolution of the solution
- Configure and customize the tool as part of the deployment
- Assist in managing the maintenance of the Workday Payroll tool
Delivery and maintenance
- Monitor the delivery of bug fixes and enhancements from the vendor
- Provide training and support for the final solution to end users
- Participate in testing
- Conduct technical controls
Your Profile
- 4+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations ((UK payroll), supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday).
- Deep knowledge of at least one Workday Payroll Module (Pay Component Configuration, Taxes, Accounting, Payroll Reporting, FLSA, Flat Sum Bonus, Retro, Payroll Business Processes, EIBs & Data Conversion) as well as Security and Reporting.
- Workday Certified a plus.
- Experience with configuring and customizing Workday Payroll.
- Experience with developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures.
- Experience with conducting system testing and troubleshooting payroll issues.
- Excellente communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
