The HR Path Group, a global player in HR consulting, assists its customers in their HR transformation projects, both on the human and tools aspects (HRIS). We intervene in Europe, America, and Asia-Pacific, for our large accounts and SME customers, to offer them global support in developing their HR strategy.

ADVISE: We support our customers in transforming their HR functions through redefining their HR organization and digitalizing their HRIS systems.

IMPLEMENT: As a partner of leading market providers, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects for various HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise).

RUN: Leveraging our global payroll expertise, we offer clients several levels of payroll outsourcing.

YOUR MISSIONS

  • As a Workday Finance Consultant, you will work closely with client business teams to lead functional areas, define scope, and deliver tailored Workday solutions.
  • Participate in Workday Financial deployments in various roles.
  • Manage Workday AMS activities.
  • Conduct sessions with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Assess client needs and propose recommendations or alternative solutions to meet their goals.
  • Advise on best practices, process improvements, and system enhancements.
  • Configure systems, perform testing, and manage data activities to meet client expectations.
  • Assist in migrating legacy data into Workday.
  • Support integration teams in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party solutions.
  • Share knowledge, support, and mentor new team members.
  • Support sales activities and business development efforts.
  • Maintain product expertise and Workday certifications, staying updated on the Workday roadmap.
  • Stay informed about industry practices and engage with customers on relevant topics.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience with at least one Workday module, such as Financial Management, Expenses, or Procurement (essential).
  • 3-5 years of relevant ERP consulting experience.
  • Experience in implementing functional areas like R2R, P2P, O2C, Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany.
  • Workday Finance Certifications in at least one area, preferably Record to Report (R2R).
  • Experience in process design and improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
  • Experience in data management, system configuration, and administration.
