YOUR MISSIONS
- We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of SaaS Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM) implementation projects.
- This is a customer-facing role where you’ll manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, working closely with internal delivery teams and senior customer stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead full lifecycle SaaS implementations from initiation through go-live and Hypercare.
- Own project planning, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage scope, RAID, dependencies, and delivery risks proactively.
- Coordinate internal resources (consultants, technical teams, trainers, solution architects).
- Drive customer engagement through workshops, steering meetings, and decision-making sessions.
- Support change control and ensure delivery aligns to contract and customer expectations.
- Manage go-live readiness, cutover planning, and transition to BAU support.
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience delivering SaaS implementation projects in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong project governance and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing timelines, budgets, risks, and complex dependencies.
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive, and delivery-focused.
Desirable experience
- HCM, WFM, HR, Payroll or ERP implementation background.
- Experience in operational environments (retail, logistics, aviation, 24/7 workforce).
- Understanding of workforce scheduling, time & attendance, and labour compliance.
- Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and UAT planning.
- Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, APM or equivalent) is desirable but not essential with the right experience.
