About The Role: We have an ever-expanding business pipeline in the UKI/EMEA region and are seeking suitably skilled and interested candidates to help us build our practice in line with the growth of the Workday ecosystem across the region. The Workday Service Manager is a hands-on role. The SM manages the successful delivery of post-implementation Tier 3 services on the Workday platform (HCM, Financials, Integrations and Payroll) to strategic and high growth potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service leadership to a portfolio of Workday clients (typically, 4-5 strategic or high-potential clients).
  • Proactively build partnership and bring the best of 3Plus to our clients through consultative engagement.
  • Maintain client optimisation and product roadmaps in partnership with clients and internal 3Plus service line owners.
  • Manage the in-take of client requests process, conduct primary triage, and co-ordinate delivery with 3Plus subject-matter experts.
  • Hands-on active involvement in configuration and delivery of consulting service.
  • Manage delivery within the capacity allocated within the contracts; adhere to 3Plus best practices & policies; perform monthly variance analysis in terms of service usage and forecasts.
  • Manage client delivery through coordination with internal functional and technical SMEs, assessment, and confirmation of work alignment to scope and engagement with internal and client teams to maintain task momentum and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate and lead internal and client facing meetings needed to prioritise work, deliver tasks, track/report status, address project risks and other actions as needed.
  • Bring insights to our clients based on use-cases, solutions and experiences we have gained across the wider 3Plus and HR Path client base.
  • Work proactively with clients to position Workday AI capabilities as part of evolution of client’s Workday platform.
  • Manage and foster strong relationships with our aligned clients, and their associated Workday partner execs.

Relevant Experiences & Skills:

  • 3+ years of account management/service delivery experience in technical solutions delivery (SaaS).
  • 7+ years of experience working in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or Financial Applications consulting or similar project delivery experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in technical, business, or financial discipline.
  • Workday application certification as required or preferred according to the platform being supported.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven consultative skills to guide client and internal discussions to agreement of solutions in a timely manner.
  • Experience implementing complex, practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
  • Proven experience working creatively and analytically in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience demonstrating initiative and curiosity to build skills in other areas by leveraging available trainings and platform documentation.
