HR Path Group, a global leader in HR consulting, helps clients with their HR transformation projects, covering both human and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) aspects. Our mission is to support our clients at every step of their HR digital transformation with a comprehensive range of services.

We provide professional advice and support to organizations for whom human capital is essential in their HR transformation process. Having a footprint in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, we are able to offer global support in the development and execution of our customer’s HR strategy.

We are seeking a WFM Implementation Consultant who will take ownership of assigned requirements gathering, configuration, testing and client readiness activities, with guidance from a Senior Consultant or Delivery Lead. We work at pace, stay close to our clients and take pride in following things through.

YOUR MISSIONS

Your role goes beyond configuration. You will provide hands-on support, help client subject matter experts (SMEs) build confidence and keep delivery moving. Success means a solution that meets agreed requirements, well-prepared client teams and a smooth go-live with low levels of avoidable hypercare issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements, Configuration & Testing
    • Participate actively in requirements gathering and design workshops, understanding workforce needs, asking practical questions and identifying gaps early.
    • Configure Dayforce WFM against agreed requirements, including time capture, pay policies, schedules and attendance rules, favouring standard functionality and straightforward processes.
    • Validate configuration and test everyday processes and exceptions, investigating discrepancies through to resolution.
    • Maintain clear documentation and test evidence, using peer reviews and regular client walkthroughs to confirm quality and alignment.
  • Client Support & Readiness
    • Work closely with client SMEs throughout delivery, providing responsive, practical support and clear updates on questions and actions.
    • Build SME confidence through demonstrations, knowledge transfer and agreed training, adapting your approach to their experience and needs.
    • Help clients prepare for UAT, including realistic scenarios, test data and expected results, and provide hands-on support during testing.
    • Support go-live and hypercare, resolving root causes promptly and helping clients become confident and self-sufficient.
  • Delivery Ownership & Pace
    • Own assigned activities through to completion, meet commitments and raise blockers early with practical options to keep delivery moving.
    • Balance pace with accuracy, prioritising effectively and adapting as project needs change.
    • Collaborate with Payroll, Data Conversion and Integration colleagues to deliver a joined-up solution, including accurate time and payout outcomes.
    • Highlight readiness gaps, scope changes and delivery risks early, and contribute ideas that make delivery smarter and more effective.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in workforce management, time and attendance, scheduling or HCM implementation.
  • Working knowledge of workforce policies, working patterns and operational processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to testing and problem-solving.
  • A client-focused approach: approachable, responsive and willing to work through challenges alongside the client.
  • Clear communication skills, with confidence asking questions, explaining solutions and supporting client learning.
  • The ability to work at pace, manage priorities and follow through on commitments.
  • Confidence working with data, curiosity about technology and an inquisitive approach to finding smarter ways to configure, test and solve client challenges.
  • A collaborative attitude, a willingness to learn and pride in delivering work that makes a difference.

Progression to Senior WFM Implementation Consultant comes through strong delivery, deeper technical expertise, increasing ownership and the ability to guide clients and colleagues confidently.

Key Performance Areas

  • Client Delivery: Deliver accurate configuration that meets agreed requirements, with thorough testing and minimal rework. Provide responsive client support, prepare SMEs for UAT and live operation, and contribute to a smooth go-live with low levels of avoidable configuration-related hypercare issues.
  • Technical/WFM Proficiency: Build and apply Dayforce WFM expertise and workforce management best practice, contribute to requirements and design, and resolve issues effectively. Use curiosity and technology to improve delivery.
  • Positive Team Impact: Take ownership, maintain momentum and communicate proactively. Collaborate across workstreams, share knowledge and support colleagues through delivery challenges.
  • Commercial: Maintain chargeability in line with role expectations, deliver within agreed scope and estimates, and highlight risks or additional requirements early. Balance attentive client support with clear scope management.
