The Dayforce Solution Oversight Lead is responsible for governing, guiding, and ensuring the quality, consistency, and strategic alignment of Dayforce implementations across projects or business units. This role provides solution architecture oversight, design validation, risk management, and strategic advisory to project teams and clients at a global level.

Your Missions
  • Provide senior-level oversight of Dayforce solution design across all modules (HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, WFM, Benefits, etc.).
  • Validate configuration decisions to ensure they align with best practices, Dayforce capabilities, and long-term scalability.
  • Review business requirements and ensure they are accurately translated into solution architecture.
  • Lead or participate in design authority boards, architecture reviews, and decision-making forums.
  • Identify design risks, integration concerns, data impacts, and compliance implications early in the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct solution design audits, configuration reviews, and testing strategy oversight.
  • Monitor project adherence to delivery methodology and Ceridian/industry standards.
  • Provide go-live readiness assessments and risk mitigation recommendations.
  • Oversee parallel payroll testing strategy, defect resolution approaches, and validation activities without directly executing them.
  • Ensure documentation, configuration decisions, and testing outcomes meet defined quality standards.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, project sponsors, and internal teams.
  • Support roadmap planning, release management, and Dayforce optimization strategies.
  • Guide clients on maximizing Dayforce adoption, operational efficiency, and future enhancements.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between clients, consultants, architecture teams, and integration partners.
  • Provide high-level guidance on organizational change management and user enablement.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent Dayforce implementations or workstreams.
  • Support project managers by providing solution-based leadership, risk identification, and project direction.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level consultants, reviewing deliverables and providing coaching.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex configuration questions, payroll calculations, compliance interpretation, and integration needs.
  • Ensure alignment between functional teams, technical teams, and client SMEs.
Your Profile
  • 5-7+ years of Dayforce experience, including lead or architect-level responsibilities.
  • Expertise across multiple Dayforce modules (Payroll, T&A, Benefits, HR, WFM).
  • Strong understanding of Dayforce architecture, dependencies, and data flow.
  • Proven experience in design validation, quality assurance, or senior oversight roles.
  • Strong analytical and solutioning skills with the ability to evaluate complex requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
Preferred
  • Prior experience as a Dayforce Solution Architect, Delivery Lead, or Senior Lead Consultant.
  • Dayforce certifications across multiple modules.
  • Background in enterprise HCM governance, program management, or solution design.
  • Experience overseeing multi-site or global Dayforce deployments.
  • Knowledge of payroll compliance, federal/state regulations, and HR operational processes.
