Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver high-impact data integration and visualization solutions by working closely with client business and data teams to empower data-driven decision-making.
  • Architect, implement, and configure Workday Prism Analytics for a global customer base as a key member of the HR-Path team.
  • Build strong customer relationships to bridge the gap between complex external data sources and Workday’s native reporting.
  • Train end-users and data analysts on Prism self-service capabilities to ensure long-term solution adoption.
  • Execute every phase of a Workday Prism implementation, rotating through roles such as Data Architect, ETL Specialist, Solution Architect, and Analytics Lead.
  • Develop sophisticated data models and advanced dashboards to enhance our analytics propositions and grow the business.
  • Maintain high flexibility, including a willingness to travel to customer sites or attend global events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in implementing Workday Prism Analytics or similar enterprise-grade ETL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI).
  • Ability to design complex data pipelines, including data ingestion, transformation using Prism functions (Join, Union, Group By, Filter), and publishing to Workday Discovery Boards.
  • Expertise in data modeling, with a deep understanding of how to blend Workday data with external financial, operational, or legacy HR data.
  • Advanced proficiency in reporting, specifically building Workday Calculated Fields, Matrix Reports, and Composite Reports to leverage Prism datasets.
  • Strong commitment to Data Governance, ensuring data security, lineage, and privacy standards are maintained within the Prism environment.
  • Demonstrated functional experience across the project lifecycle, including facilitating data discovery workshops, mapping source-to-target data, and executing rigorous data validation and UAT.
  • Effective prioritization of tasks and proven ability to manage complex data mapping schedules and technical troubleshooting efficiently.

Desired Qualifications

  • Workday Prism Analytics certification is highly preferred.
  • Workday Core HCM certification is required.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages is a significant asset.
  • Familiarity with Workday Extend or Big Data technologies is a plus.
