About Our Client

As they continue to expand, they are looking for an HR Business Partner to join the team and support leaders in delivering people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and sustainable growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide high-quality advice and guidance to leaders on all areas of people management.
- Lead and support complex employee relations cases including performance, grievance, absence, and change processes.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Ensure consistency in global HR policy application while respecting local legislation and culture.
- Identify learning & development needs, supporting talent and performance reviews.
- Drive engagement initiatives and keep a pulse on the organisation’s cultural climate.
- Champion continuous improvement across HR policies, practices and processes.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and Shared Services to deliver high-impact, joined-up people solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- A seasoned HR generalist with a strong commercial mindset.
- CIPD level 5 qualified (or working towards) with global or multi-regional experience, particularly US.
- Experience with SAP Success Factors is desirable.
- Skilled in coaching managers, building trust, and influencing senior leaders.
- Confident in advising across the full spectrum of employee lifecycle issues.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, numerical and IT skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and values-led, with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
