As a PeopleXD Payroll & WFM Consultant, you will be at the heart of our clients' digital transformation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the Access Group PeopleXD platform, focusing on delivering compliant, efficient, and high-value workforce operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Delivery & Implementation
- Requirements Discovery: Lead client sessions to gather detailed requirements for Payroll and WFM.
- System Design: Design and configure PeopleXD Payroll, WFM, and Absence modules.
- Logic Configuration: Translate complex business rules into system settings, including pay calendars, approval workflows, and internal controls.
- Documentation: Produce high-quality functional and configuration documentation.
- Data Integrity: Support data migration by preparing and validating templates.
- Process Automation: Configure reporting tools to eliminate manual processing and improve efficiency.
- Connectivity: Support seamless integrations with finance systems and third-party applications.
- Quality Assurance: Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and provide UAT support.
- Payroll Validation: Lead payroll parallel runs, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Launch Support: Manage cutover activities, go-live execution, and hypercare support.
- Enablement: Deliver training to HR, Payroll, and operational teams to ensure high system adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify "quick-win" optimizations and support quarterly platform releases.
- Managed Services: Assist in the transition to post-go-live support and managed service models.
We are looking for a detail-oriented consultant with a deep understanding of payroll compliance and technical system configuration.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Implementation Track Record: Proven experience delivering Payroll and/or WFM modules on enterprise HR systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on configuration experience with PeopleXD (or similar complex platforms).
- Subject Matter Expertise: Strong understanding of payroll controls, validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Consulting Mindset: Ability to lead workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Desirable Attributes
- Platform Expertise: Prior experience with Access Group PeopleXD / CoreHR.
- Public Sector Experience: Familiarity with complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
- Technical Integration: Exposure to APIs or system integration projects.
Education: Degree or equivalent professional experience.
