Eaton Square is seeking a skilled UKG Implementation Consultant to join our highly successful and expanding Eaton Square Consulting Department as part of our exciting growth plans. The successful applicant will provide implementation and support in UKG Pro WFM implementations and solutions. We require a candidate who is enthusiastic and motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and support the development of client process design and solutions.
  • Lead in functional design and full life cycle of system implementation.
  • Hands‑on responsibility for configuration and integration(s).
  • Build strong relationships to partner with the client to enable and improve their knowledge and system confidence.
  • Support the testing of client solutions.
  • Deliver training and support for client teams.
  • Provide system support and solutions on configuration issues.
  • Manage simultaneous system implementations and project work streams.
  • Support the development of internal team knowledge and expertise.
  • Be a trailblazer for new ways of working and latest software releases.
  • Some travel may be involved, including occasionally overseas if required.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • End user or configuration experience with HR and/or Payroll systems, (in particular UKG Pro WFM) would be advantageous.
  • Experience and/or accreditation in UKG Pro WFM Timekeeper highly desirable.
  • Ability to work with a team and on own initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management and organisational skills are essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.
  • Delivery of high levels of customer (internal and external) experience.
  • Ability to deal with and prioritise conflicting tasks.
  • Keenness to learn new skills and enhance existing knowledge.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced role or environment.
