The Workday Service Manager is a hands-on role.
The SM manages the successful delivery of post-implementation Tier 3 services on the Workday platform (HCM, Financials, Integrations and Payroll) to strategic and high growth potential clients.
The Service Manager acts as the primary delivery contact for clients, provides configuration of solutions, is a proven subject-matter expert (in either HCM or Financials application suites), seeks opportunities for strategic partnership and growth, and partners with key internal client stakeholders.
In addition to your client-facing role, every Three Plus Consultant will have the opportunity to contribute internally to the development of our Project and AMS/Optimisation solutions, mentoring of colleagues, and improvement of how we engage with our customers.
Location is remote/home-based with travel to client sites (up to 25% max).
Note: the title does not imply that the individual fulfilling the role is part of the ‘management’ team at 3Plus.
Provide service leadership to a portfolio of Workday clients (typically, 4-5 strategic or high-potential clients).
- Maintain client optimisation and product roadmaps in partnership with clients and internal 3Plus service line owners.
- Hands-on active involvement in configuration and delivery of consulting service
- adhere to 3Plus best practices & policies; perform monthly variance analysis in terms of service usage and forecasts.
- Coordinate and lead internal and client facing meetings needed to prioritise work, deliver tasks, track / report status, address project risks and other actions as needed.
- Works proactively with clients to position Workday AI capabilities as part of evolution of client’s Workday platform.
- Manage and foster strong relationships with our aligned clients, and their associated Workday partner execs.
3+ years of account management / service delivery experience in technical solutions delivery (Saa S) (i. e. – service delivery of technology solutions to internal or external clients preferably on Workday).
- 7+ years of experience working in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or Financial Applications consulting or similar project delivery experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in technical, business, or financial discipline.
- Workday application certification as required or preferred according to the platform being supported; adept at managing multiple clients and multiple projects simultaneously.
